I requested a quote for 1 way service from LAX to Riverside. The quote did not include tip and was $10 higher than a quote from a competitor. I advised the contact representative for Emerald Limousine that I will keep their quote in consideration and also advised him of the competitive quote. The response from him is below.
"I would be very cautious of anyone offering that type of rate. It could be a situation where they show up with a old run down vehicle. "
I decided to not do business with them due to the insinuation of my lack of research abilities and their "F" rating on BBB.
