STAY AWAY!!! THEY ARE NOW GOING BY NAME OF LABEL TAPE WAREHOUSE WITH SAME RESPONSE!!

I placed the order using our business purchase order on July 29, and it said on their website that all items were in stock to ship immediately. Over a week later, still had not received the items, and when I called, Larry *owner* said that they no longer
do purchase orders and that I would have to use my credit card. When I gave him my credit card number, he assured me that the order would ship out that same day. Here it is September 10, my credit card has been charged the full amount since beginning of August,
and NO ORDER! They shipped out one of everything I ordered, and I ordered multiple of each item. When I call, and when I get an answer, it is always that it is shipping from the St. Louis Office, and that I will have tracking info later in the day. I have
NEVER received any tracking info as promised. When I asked for him to give me the contact number for the St. Louis office, he wouldn't give it to me. I have told him that if I dont have my order tomorrow, in full, I will be taking legal action against his
company. I cannot say enough...DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
