Think twice before ordering from Ecom

I have dealt with Ecom Office Supplies in the past with no issues. However, I place an order with them back in June for several sizes of PTouch Tapes. I received a partial shipment in July and August, but still have a backorder of 15 that I have not received. I received a phone call from the owner (Larry) at the beginning of Nov. assuring me that I would have my backordered product. I still do not have it. I have sent repeated emails, left voicemail messages asking for either my product or a credit to my visa account (I paid for the entire order when it was placed in June)and no response. Honestly, a poor way to do business and if I were you, I'd take my business elsewhere. I certainly will!
