Beware they do not honor their warranty of 30 day return, product is worthless, and is not even FDA APPROVED! (Not FDA APPROVED, they do not tell you this on TV or at time of order but appears in literature with their product) Their customer service number is 18009838136, be prepared to be put on hold forever, then they take your number and never return your call. It took 4 attempts to contact them finally reached a person and told 30 days starts at time of order, no refund. No consideration of the time you received product and immediately tried to contact them to return the product with no avail. TV Ad, stop smoking product but in their literature it is a "better smoking ALTERNATIVE TO TRADITONAL TOBACCO CIGARETTES"
