I just graduated from high school in the summer of 2009 and began planning to attend college. However in my case, money was an inevitable issue that I couldn't get around. I tried applying for financial aid but was unsuccessful; I wasn't approved. Then one of my friends told me about Shelly. With what my friend had told me about her, I was convinced that she might be able to help me and I decided to call her. I was still a little skeptical about calling, but I desperately needed the financial aid. Throughout all my financial obstacles, Shelly was there to help me, and by the time school started, I already began to receive the disbursement checks via mail. I was very pleased with the service that Shelly provided me with and now my checks come at a schedule that fits my needs. I feel very lucky and glad that I found out about Shelly.
