Unsatisfactory Experience

The website made me think this would be a good company to buy from. Man, was I wrong. I ordered some wheel nuts for my Mercedes that looked really nice in the photos. They shipped them to me - loose - in a postal service envelope. The lug nuts banged around
into each other and chipped off some of the chrome. Shocking disregard for what was supposed to be a superior product. The wheel nuts were pitted, chrome chipping off, and dull in appearance. Only a handful of the 20 lug nuts were acceptable. I phoned customer
service. They would not give me a return authorization without sending them photos of the lug nuts first. A week later they agreed to approve a return. They never gave me a return address. I sent them UPS on 8-15-2014. One month later, I still do not have
my refund. This is terrible customer service and the crappy Chinese lug nuts are inexcusable. I will never do business with them again.
