We hired Dunn Russell and Associates in late May or early June. We paid them $3,000. For the last 6 months the people on our team have worked very hard to get us the modification deal we were looking for. Unfortunately, Bank of America is unwilling to budge in giving us anything we can afford. I can not and do not blame the folks at Dunn Russell for this. They have bent over backwards to help us and are still working for us by doing everything they can to keep us in our home until our son finishes his school year. They even went out of their way to research my state's foreclosure laws so that we were more informed on things we can on our own if needed.
I feel very bad that the only reviews this company has received from their clients is all negative. A small handful of people have felt put out and quite possibly were just impatient, expecting immediate results and wanting to blame someone else for their situation. What about all the other clients that I'm quite sure have had positive results? Why does this company get an F rating? We all need to remember that just because we hire an attorney, it does not mean that we are going to get what we want.
Dunn Russell is a good company. They are honest, hard working and really seem to care about the clients. If you are having reservations about hiring them due to the few bad comments, I hope this good one will change your heart.
