Order Lost

Never received my order. After 30 days I asked for a refund. I am waiting. Crazy thing is they sent it by FedEx and then gave it to the USPS to deliver to my address on the last entry. I never got the package and was really upset because I needed the products for a trip. I asked to have my name remove from their mailing list and to not receive any more catalogs. I had ordered from them before and always got the product, so do not understand what happen. They did not seem to care or even want to help me track the package. I spent two hours or more on the computer trying to find out what happen. FedEx people were rude and snotty, they did not seem to care either. I may stop ordering on line or by mail order. If I cannot find something down town, then I guess I will do without.
