THESE GUYS DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY

I got my tints done on 3/14/14, when i got back to the car i saw some scratches and bubbles on the tint. I showed the guy he said wait until it dries it will go away. I gave it a whole week and guess what, the scratches and bubbles were still there on
the tint. I took it back and they said i can't come back on the weekend because they're busy, in there defense it did state that on the recite, it was probably put there because a whole lot of customers must have been coming back on the weekend to get the
sloppy job redone. He then told me I can come back during the work week anytime, so I came back on the following friday. My wife called just to check to make sure it's ok to come in around 4pm, she said who ever answered the phone was rushing here and they
told her just bring in the car we will be here. I drove 1 hr in traffic to dr. sound to be told by the little short owner that I have to make an appointment, I said why didn't you say that to my wife when she called earlier, then he said who did she speak
to, I said I don't know. Luckily I had a text message that I texted her and ask her to call, after she call she text me back and said they said bring it in. After he seen the text that she did call, he was still trying to say he was busy and it was to late
in the. He got really mad when he wanted me to see how many cars they were tinting and I declined. It was like 3 cars. He said if you don't want to see I don't have to do your car. I have a one year warranty and they will not honor it to fix there sloppy work.
When I checked them out on the BBB it was a similar complaint that he was giving a guy the run around to get his tints redone. I will be filing a civil lawsuit because placed like this get away with being nasty to customers because they don't follow up and
break them where it hurts, in their pockets. The owner was extremely nasty, This is the worst place to go in the swap shop to have anything done, Beware, they will not honor the warranty, they will keep telling you to come back.
