What is going on this company!!!!!

Dr. Mainz America charged to my credit card without my authorization again. This happened once almost 10 years ago. They apologized and credited to my credit card although it took a while. Now I called 866-735-6713, the answering machine picks up all the
time and nobody calls me back. I already requested to dispute to my credit card company anyway. I almost think this company might file bankruptcy and charged many customers. I might be not the only one victim that's why they never pick up the phone. Does anybody
know what's going on this company?
