HORRIBLE DR.! First of all, I was a new patient and he gave me a bad prescription! He promised me trial lenses to see if these new lenses would fit, then didn't get them for me and ordered a years worth w/o knowing whether they'd fit well or not. When I told them they didn't fit well and I couldn't see well, he said he couldn't order the ones I needed and said to keep the 1 pair of lenses I was wearing until I was able to order my lenses from my previous Dr. He said to bring back this 1 pair before 2 weeks to get a full refund of $250, then calls me the next day demanding them back. I take them back on the 6th day and he refuses to give me my 25% of $87.50!! Unbelieveable! I go to ask for my refund, calmly, and he starts yelling at me in the waiting area with parents and kids there, looking! He is yelling & pointing his finger in my face telling me he isn't going to listen to me. So, I SUED HIM! He then has the nerve to countersue me! Well, our court hearing was Thursday, August 30th, 2007 and I won!! HE got nothing! He now has to pay me. NEVER GO TO THIS DR.! HE IS THE WORST! I NEVER EXPECTED A DR. TO BEHAVE THE WAY HE DID. THERE'S NO DOUBT IN THE SAYING: "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT." On top of everything, he lied at the very end of the court hearing saying I never tried returning the lenses. I have to say, the judge must have seen right though him. His lies didn't even help him!
BEWARE OF THIS SO CALLED "DR."
