I signed a contract with this company on 5/9/08 and to date they have not finished our pool. The company has not contacted us on their own without initial contact by us since 8/1/08. They refuse to finish the pool citing financial and licensure problems. They have continuously fabricated false statements. They refuse to answer their phones except on a sporadic basis and constantly schedule dates to complete the pool but never show up. We have spoken to several other customers in the same predicament as us who signed contracts back in March, 2008 who still do not have finished pools. I cannot issue a strong enough warning not to do business with this company or you will be like us and others like us sitting with a huge hole in your back yard and no finished pool 9 months later.
