My compnay owns several properties throughout the US and in New Mexico. We do business with many different property management companies. Discovery 1 Realty has by far provided the worst property managemnt service we have experienced. Expect to wait a week or more for a response to a phone message or email. The property is rarely monitored unless Discovery 1 is questioned about an issue. The money was deffinately not well spent. We might as well have managed the property ourselves from 2000 miles away. We recommend researching other options.
