I have been helping my brother find a house to rent as he has been very busy and is new to the area. To make a long story short, he finally found a place and was working on getting the application in for the other 3 adult family members that will be living there however the application was kind of difficult for his situation. Anyway, I received a very rude phone call this morning from Nancy saying that my brother needs to have the application and fees in by noon today because they have others wanting to look at the house and if he didn't get it in by noon she was going to show it herself. She did not need to be rude to me she could have spoken nicely. After all that my brother got on the computer to finish the rest and found out the others were already on there and went to the office with the money and found out that they already had the info as well. All he would have had to do was pay the money which would have been no problem. Again I would have understood if she would have nicely explained that it was important for him to do this by a certain time. I feel an apology to me would be the least Nancy can do. Also, this better not effect my brother getting this house in any way because he also is innocent in this situation as well as myself. This was very unprofessional of Nancy. I wish we could work only with Anthony for he is the friendliest and most professional one in the office that we have dealt with. Anthony should be promoted and I thank him for his professionalism and kindness.
Again this better not effect my brother in anyway because retaliation is not a good way to do business.
