DiscountMugs.com deceptively advertised a Cyber Monday discount they would not honor.
The company attached undisclosed excessive fees to my order of printed coffee mugs, then in addition when asked to include the advertised discount they said that was not possible.
The promotional material emailed did not include any disclaimer regarding the purchase of coffee mugs.
I spoke to the sales associate and her manager who definitively said NO to applying 20% advertised discount to my order.
Discountmugs.com fraudulently and intentionally deceived me into ordering their products never intending to give the advertised discount.
