I also received a call from internal collections at DHWA stating I owed $39.95 plus late fees totaling $279.71 for light bulbs they claim I agreed to purchase 12/7/2009 and were supposedly delivered to my home 12/14/2009. I was definitely being scammed because I was out of town from Nov. 2009 till April 2010 for the death of a relative so there was no way I received a call or received any lightbulbs! They also knew which charities I have donated to in the past so that is how they got their info. I also notified the LA BBB. PS: I was tempted to pay it so my credit wouldn't be ruined but because of the dates in question I knew for sure it was a scam!
