WOW. Is all I can come up with when it comes to LMS Fragrances. Having been a member of the direct sales industry for over 20 years, it is refreshing to find a company that does not hound you to purchase inventory. I love the compensation plan and the product, which makes it easy for me to sell the company and its plan. In my previous company you were not even counted if you failed to purchase inventory. LMS Fragrances owners, Robert and Susan have demonstrated integrity and support for their consultants, staff and customers. I am an African American woman who lives in a modest 3 bedroom home and found it refreshing to have my friends and neighbors in to meet with Susan. We found this to be a more relaxing setting than being in a hotel. Susan won me over, when she took time to talk with my 2 year cousin, not just talk to him but sat with him on the stairs as he questioned her. Although I have hardwood floors, Susan did not seem to mind sitting on the stairs as she and the baby held an interesting conversation. Anyone who finds Robert and Susan to be unfair, should put themselves in their shoes. How much of their life are they investing and who are they trying to help? To date, and I have checked, there is no other company that gives more to their people than LMS Fragrances.
