DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE. i just received an invoice for $175 from them. i googled them because i knew i'd already paid for my company name in sept with sacramento secretary of state. i just found this article http://www.bolerix.com/department-of-california-collectors-scam
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND MAKING MONEY. don't pay them. they're not legit.
