I was a previous employer of this unethical company. One thing they advised us not to do is tell you consumers that this company is completely unnecessary. They dont do anything other than tell you that you have debt! Duh, if you called in you know you have debt! All they do is take your money, that you cant afford to give, and put you with another company that either lowers your interest rates (not by much) or with a company that will destroy you completely (debt settlement)... not only that, but I worked 4 weeks straight with no days off, so that I could have a vacation. When I was injured on my vacation and came back a day later than I was supposed to, I was suspended from work. I made commissions only, so this made my entire check only about $230 for 2 weeks. I had worked so hard for this company and they dont care about their employees or their clients. Steve Brennan is a slave driver, so if you call in one day and the rep you once talked with is no longer there, its because they quit or were fired. The turn around is immense. People last about 3 months tops at this rediculously aweful company.
