Our company switched from AT&T/TimeWarner to DataVo, since the service was installed we have experienced an array of service issues, from service outrage, inability to make outside calls, slow Internet connection, calls going directly to voicemail, calls being dropped, hunting feature not working and even people complaining that we sounded like ROBOTS over the phone. Our service was installed in March, 09 it is now July,09 and we can still not rely on the service. Our business depends fully on the phones, money is spent weekly on advertising just to make the phone lines ring. They promised reliability and fast internet connection, they have not fulfilled their promise to this point. If you are looking for reliable service, try to look somewhere else. One more thing, before signing the contract with them MAKE SURE you understand the cancellation fee if you need to cancel the contract for our six lines and fax it was almost $8,000 when we tried cancelling. The service department try to be helpful over the phone, but their commitment to service should really reflect in their ability to solve the problems. We were promised an internet connection similar to the PENTAGON, also that we our upgrade was similar to that one from a HONDA to a BMV if compared, the internet has been slower since we switched. Now they say that we are too far from where the signal was originating, they should only promise that if they already checked the location and make sure that they could deliver on that promise. We are currently working with Datavo's personnel to try to resolve our problems, I really hope they can do that, in the meantime we will keep loosing business due to unreliable service.
