Changing from AT&T (Able to Torment & Torture) To Datavo.
Prior to becoming a customer with DatAvo, I was with AT&T (which stands for Able to Torment & Torture costumers). About a month ago I received a call from Datavo with some “too good to be true rates” for our 14 lines and DSL. I went for it in a heart bit. I’m tire of the At&t “we always win” approach any ways. They took care all of the cancellation with the Able to Torment & Torture company and we are in business. We had few small issues with the DSL lines but nothing that they could not figured out and repair promptly. Lastly, about two weeks ago we receive a call from AT&T to charge me a cancellation fee of $1,680 due to an auto renew contract that I’ve called personally to cancel few months ago but no one bother to call me back. I’m disputing their Able to Torment & Torture tactics as we speak. I want to give thanks to the entire Datavo costumer service crew but specially to Marine. You may not have any issue with them but if you do call costumer service but if you want your issue to be resolve as you are the only costumer, then you must call Marine.

Oh by the way my Able to Torment & Torture bill $630, Datavo $410 same exact service. Come on…!! And not only that, these monsters are limiting my AT&T wireless service on my Iphone in which I have an UNLIMITED PLAN!! How do you explain that. I’m waiting for Datavo to go wireless and I’m out of their not to unlimited plans.
