In membership agreement said that 30 days money back garanteed if the member do not earn money within 30 days. I contacted with the customer service to cancel my account and refund my money back within 30 days after I bought the membership from them. But they replied the email with 30 days more extension and then asked me to contact the refund department to get refund. I wrote email to their refund department serveral times and got ignored. And never got my money back until now. That is not acceptable for anyone.
