The "NEW" battery I received would not hold a charge for even 24 hours. After sending an email to their customer service on 1/14/08, I received an automated reply that said my email would be responded to within 2 business days. As of 2:00pm on the 16th, I had not received a reply. I sent two more emails. On the evening of 1/16/08 I received reply from customer service. Here is the email response I received. It speaks for itself: you should really relax when asking someone to fix a problem, bad batteries happen, bad electronics happen, relax, take a deep breath and i will have a new battery shipped out to you. all your emails are very demanding and critical, not the way to make anyone go out of their way. i take pride in my/our customer service and it is people like you that make it very difficult and give us the bad rap. you don't give us a chance to fix the problem.
you know what i just changed my mind i am just going to give you a refund and be done with it, i hope you look elsewhere in the future for you cell phone accessories.
