This is extremely important to share--this company is selling the 13 DVD set of the XP90 fitness set--as:
xpfitness.com. that is the same fraudlent company that MANY others have complained about.
I ordered my set on 3/6/2010. Two weeks later emailed and asked why I hadn't gotten them. Was told they had received damaged shipment and would send when they got in new ones.
My payment processed through my account on 3/22. I then received an email that stated they needed my credit info again as they couldn't process payment. After Numerous email exchanges, AND having my bank FAX my bank account information as proof that it had gone through my account, I have called the phone several times (there is NEVER an answer), emailed several times--and have now received no response whatsoever.
Be aware that DVDWholeSale Warehouse doing business as: XPFITNESS.COM. Same company, same WARNING.
Good luck to anyone else. Am now opening a dispute with my bank as last resort.
