Review 12/29/2009

Update 1/4/10 - Following up to Alain's review, they did the same thing to me. I ordered via the www.extremefitness.info website and used PayPal as my form of payment. After my order was "processed" and I received a tracking number, I received an email stating my order had been canceled because PayPal was no longer a form of payment they were accepting. They offered free shipping and a lower price if I placed my order again. I questioned why the order was processed, then canceled and why I couldn't use PayPal again. I don't remember all of the explanation, but I took a chance, figuring I can dispute any charge with my credit card company. Which is what I am now doing, as DVD Wholesale Warehouse "intercepted" my order, canceled it and has yet to apply my refund. But, I have the refund notification from Rick Figueroa at dvdwholesalewarehouse@hotmail.com, a copy of their policy stating they can cancel orders and will provide a full refund and the entire email string of me questioning the status of my order, their rude and unprofessional responses and even their note of canceling my order.
Just avoid them entirely and save yourself the hassle. I've also found DVD Wholesale Warehouse does business on www.webstore.com as "astepabovepromotions" and their toll-free number is answered as "Thank you calling HotMovieSale.com which has several complaints against it on ripoffreport.com. So it appears they use several sites to lure unsuspecting customers.
Original Review: This organization is dishonest, fraudulent and discourteous.
I placed an order via the Internet on 12/8. On 12/10 my order was showing as "shipped" on the company's website, yet no tracking number was available from the company or USPS. When I followed up again on 12/16 asking for a tracking number, the individual responding to my emails "intercepted" my order and canceled it; informing me that they "don't want or need my business" and to "gt (sic) a life". It's interesting to me that they were able to intercept my order considering it was showing as "shipped" five days earlier.
Now almost two weeks later, a credit has yet to be applied to my credit card account, despite numerous attempts to reach them via email. When I called the toll-free number listed on their website, it rotates through an automated menu and then disconnects after a few minutes.
At this point, my remaining course of action is to dispute the charge with my credit card company and pursue credit card fraud charges against the organization. A complaint is also being filed with the BBB to assist other consumers in making a wiser buying decision.
