My experience w/ DTS Karaoke was great up to the point when I've received 2 damage DVD out of my 11 DVD's, had to request for an RMA per their returned policy. Items was sent back in Nov. 2007, as of yet, Jan. 2008, we still haven't rec'd the merchandise.
I've called 3 times and each time they tell me it's going to be send out that day. It's now well into 2 months and I've having my credit card co. disputing the charge.
DTS WILL NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!!!!!!
