DML Property Manager Danny Lemansky is a great asset to our HOA. He is a very honest, knowledgeable manager and working partner in running our community efficiently and effectively to the betterment of our association. When dealing with the multitude of different personalities and individual agendas, he has been very even-handed and fair, following the governing documents as the final arbitrator. Because the rules apply to all equally, there are times when an owner isn't happy that he/she didn't get what they wanted, but we in the association are very pleased that Danny's integrity does not allow special treatment to certain owners over others. Danny Lemansky is a great asset to our HOA.
