Please don't let this company operate anymore for crying out loud. They are scam artists and should be SHUT down. I ordered one dvd in March 2009 was charged for the dvd I recieved and then a month later I was charged $26.98 I called the customer service dept they were rude said I signed up for a monthly subscription I said I did not I want my money back or I will contact my bank and shut the card down. Within a week I was contacting my bank (just wasn't comfortable with these people having access to my money) My bank said a few people had called to cancel their cards and she would refund my money and fight with them for me. I got my money back and my new card. I was told by Crunchless abs cust serv dept that I had to send it back with a tracking number so I spent $12.09 to send it fed ex..and FOUR MONTHS LATER..what do i get? A letter saying that the dispute dept at cardholder services is stating that I recieved $26.98 in product so if I do not respond to the letter they will assume i owe the money..I sent their stuff back..I do not have any of the stuff I didnt' want in the first place. This company is horrible I do not even know how they even are legally allowed to operate at all. They are ripping people off. They can try to submit $27 on my old debit card and if they want to sue me for product I don't have that they have in their "warehouse" then fine...go spend the money to sue me for $27 I will NOT send another dime to these people. SHUT THEM DOWN
