Thugs

I am not certain how anyone could write a positive review of this company. I moved out of a rented home and my landlord claimed I owed rent the to didn't and despite only sending me one notice, which I disputed, they sent my account to these Thugs. They
sent me a notice with an amount on it that had no relation to any bill I had ever see and that didn't say what it was for, only that it was on behalf of my landlord. I wrote to CCS and disputing the claim and asked what the amount was for. I received nothing
in return. Six months later I am looking at my credit report and and I see a note from CCS for my landlord with no amount, stating they cannot "locate the debtor" (me). I immediately called and was handed over to Charles Stanley who screamed at me, accused
me of trashing the apartment (it was a home) and skipping rent, which was false. This was the first I had ever heard of any claim of damage. My landlord kept my security deposit and never provided me with an accounting of what they did with it. The property
was clean and in no way damaged when we left it. I told Mr. Stanley that and he proceeded to berate me and told me he would see me in small claims court. I gave him my address (again) and told him I would look forward to it. These people conspire with landlords
to blackmail people into paying money they don't owe threatening to make it impossible for you to rent again. Shame on them and anyone who uses them, such as Utopia Management in San Diego.
