CAUTION: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I entered into an agreement with this company on July 20, 2009. I was skeptical to say the least but really needed to sell my timeshare. I was contacted by a sales person named Melvin Hooper, who has since fallen off the face of the earth. Upon my initial conversations with the salesman I explained that there was still a mortgage on the timeshare and I still owed the maintenance fee for the year. He told me that it would not be a problem. I was told that there is a up front fee of $999 to perform a title search etc. I was skeptical of sending the money, but due to the fact that I really needed to sell the timeshare I went ahead and sent it. I waited over three weeks and did not hear anything from CVS so I called them. They still had not performed the title search, and did not have a good excuse as to why. Finally after the fourth week I heard back from them. A lady named Becka Jones called me and said they could not sell the timeshare because there was still a mortgage on it and the maintenance fee was still owed, and that there would not be a refund of my money. My complaint is that right from the beginning and before I signed any agreement they knew the circumstances with the timeshare. Since they knew these issues they still went ahead and took my money knowing full well they were not going to refund it, and used the same excuses that I had told them from the beginning. At this time I have not received any other correspondences from them and there are salesman still calling me from there wanting to sell my timeshare. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM AND NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM OPERATING. I am contacting the Florida State Attorney Generals Office and lodging a complaint as well as the Federal Trade Commission. I will not let this company steal my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
