Dont do business with creative vacation solutions there the same company universal the owner is Scott Kirk the owner of universal was Jen Kirk dont take my word look it up for yourself I was rob by both of thees company's I went with a company name world wide marketing and thay sold my timeshare n about 87days. Dont TrusT the kirks there scam artist and the interview with Doug Luallen must be a pay off.
