Very bad customer service by phone. Considering the person on the phone is "the face" of the company-safe to assume the rest is bad as well. Chose not to use them after not only being told a week!!! to show up for repair-but was told very rudely to just manually operate the door myself. Customer service rep assumes a lot with that suggestion about what the customer is physically capable of doing. Just plain rude.
