Bill and Trish are FANTASTIC!!! In the middle of a heat wave, when they're super busy, they took my call on a Tuesday afternoon and scheduled an appointment first thing the next morning. With a heat wave and a 7 month pregnant wife, AC was essential. Bill came over first thing in the morning, like he said he would (unlike the cable guys who give you a 12 hour window). He checked out the unit and within 10 minutes figured out the issue. As for being overcharged, no such luck. He charged a reasonable price for his services and then proceeded to point out some things I could do to make my AC more efficient (i.e. vents were installed upside down, new thermostat, etc.). Lastly, they got my email address, not to market to me, but to remind me to change my filter. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
