Hi my name is Norma M. I was scanning through the web when i seen the remarks posted online. I have done business with this company before. One of homes was modified in 2 months and the other in 6. Their customer service is ok. Not the greatest. It is hard to get of hold of Jose. But his staff you can get a hold of. I have been ripped off by a law firm before. They would answer every call, very atentive, but after 9 months, no results. If you want results, they"ll do it. If you want phone calls every week, thats not them. But i would still do biz with them. At the end of the day, we got results and we are happy about it
