CPS has the worst customer service ever!!!, a valuable lesson for everyone who has a loan with CPS, next time research the finance companies that are approving you for a loan. This place elevates my blood pressure, the people are rude and un-professional. I dread calling them because of the way they handle their customers. I can't wait to get out this car, matter of fact, I'm about to look for a car as I'm typing this review, because I simply can't take it anymore.
