I wish that I could give LESS than one star...
Please, please do not read the reviews at the bottom of the page with such glowing recommendations. This company is a fraud and specialize in SCAMMING people out of their hard earned money!! They will rip you off without even thinking about it.
I was contacted in March 2010 to start the process. Was wary of the sales pitch, but I really want to get rid of this timeshare. I made it clear to them that I was unemployed and that this money is something that I couldn't let just float away. They assured me that they had a buyer that had already put down 20%. Then, June 5th - phones are disconnected. I'd been had...
You think that the link at the bottom of their homepage is to help the public? NO! It's to further humiliate the suckers (like me) that bought in to their song and dance that they could sell my timeshare - for an UPFRONT fee of $999. So, now we would have to pay another fee just so we could get our money back. Sickening, isn't it???
Learn from my stupidity - don't trust these scam artist.
And if you have been taken, do what I did. Report them to the Florida State Attorney General. File a complaint and hopefully send these guys out of business.
And never, NEVER pay an upfront fee!
