The truth about Commercial Property Partners: They are a scam. First of all, they are not located in Jupiter, in fact they are located in Boynton Beach, Florida off Gateway Blvd. They are very good at manipulating their customers into paying an upfront fee. Basically they tell you that they have a buyer for your timeshare and they will get you your money back at the same time. Sound too good to be true? Well it is! Now they are trying to redeem themselves by switching the company into a Fee Recovery Agency and saying that they will help retrieve your funds that were taken from you from fraudulent timeshare companies. Again, they are looking for an upfront fee, which is ILLEGAL in the state of Florida, and at the same time, they try to make money by advertising your timeshare. There are companies out there that do really help you get your money back from companies that have scammed you but this company is NOT one of them. Do not trust anything these people tell you. Please don't let these scam artists take advantage of you!!! They got me and now I am writing this in hopes that reading this will help save others.
