To Management:
For the last month I was receiving calls from Manny @562-633-0887, he was very persistent for me to get the contract sign with your company, I explain to him I had another service in which I was told your business was a scam, Manny was mad and states will contact other business and get me the refund back if I go with their business, I agree.
All info was taken to get money down. He was going to send me a contract 2 weeks ago, never did, I call back at his phone # per male answer phone and hung up on me when I ask for Manny he did 5 times.
Finally I got upset and told him not to hung up the phone on me he stated stop calling in here there's no Manny in here. I gave him the phone #, and ask if that was the phone #. He stated yes, than I told him why there no Manny if I had talk with him for the last month at this #. The male hesitate to answer me back I also ask him if it was a business, he stated quite for few minutes than I go are you there why do not answer me, he reply hold on.
A female came to phone stated I am Manny secretary how can I help you? I explain to her above notes and she did not know what to said to me. I ask her name of business she gave it to me I ask for Manny states he was out sick, I ask when he was coming back stated maybe Saturday. I ask for a web site she gave it to me. I left message for Manny to call me back, never did.
I call 888-444-4035, ask to speak with a manager and I was given Scott Roberts, I spoke with him on 3/12/10 @ 12:59 pm our time. I told him all above info and I need it an explanation what's going on. Scott stated will check call you in five minutes, he call me back on 3/16/10. I was very angry at him and told him why he could not call me back and tell me it was going to be more time, but he did not wanted to heard nothing but for me to give him a credit card # to get the money, which I refuse to give to him and wanted an explanation.
Finally to shut me off. Scott stated I fired the two males, and that was it. I was not satisfied the way he handle the problem with me that I told him will call him later.
Now I see my account and is deducted $999.00, how can you do it without my consent before we come to a resolution with the above information. You expect me to trust your business with this employees no guaranty with what was discuss with Manny.
And I call back at Manny's phone # today 3/18/10 per male I was told he was gone already from the office to call back tomorrow. How can this be when he supposed to be fired gone.
I also call today spoke with Alex (female) I ask her to speak with a manager but she refused, I ask her to hold on for 1 minute, than she reply I can not be waiting for you we are going home.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF ALL THESE SCAM COMPANIES. DO ALL RESEARCH LICENCE ETC.
