We dealt with Coldwell Banker Legacy in the fall of 2009 for a house purchase. We had to beg for information, for return phone calls, and were never given the full and complete information about the property we purchased. Instead, we were handed the information we had needed prior to making our decision on the day of closing, with unpleasant surprises. The realtor was sloppy and lacked customer service skills, was unorganized, and kept pretending her ignorance and sloppiness were someone else's fault. When we complained about her lack of professionalism to her supervisor, he took her side, and told us we were "impatient". It appeared to us that this agency is much more interested in dealing with customers wanting to purchase luxury homes, than in middle class purchasers like ourselves. if that is the case, then they should limit themselves to that clientele and stop treating clients like us like second class citizens. We will never deal with Coldwell Banker Legacy again and would not recommend them to any of our friends, family members or acquaintances. A Johnson, Tijeras, NM
