Just do your due diligence. The name has changed but it's business as usual. Google "Benchmark Financial Group" in Aliso Viejo and you'll get the idea. The owner for both companies is MARCUS "Mark" DAVIN. Search the Orange County Ficticious name filings for Cobalt Funding Group in Aliso Viejo. You have been warned.
