This review is to make you aware of the exceptional customer service provided to us by Coast 2 Coast Services. I received a call from Ray who made a cold telephone call to me in August to advise of the services Coast to Coast provides. Normally, I would thank the caller tell them I am not interested and hang up since I was caught in scam and lost $2,000. However, Ray had a way of quickly making me aware that he was knowledgeable. He came across as friendly, and convinced me to trust and follow through with the loan modification that the service that was being offered was real. Mike held my hand throughout the process and handled business with My lender. The loan modification resulted in lowering the interest rate and our mortgage payment by $700.00 per month and locked me into a fixed rate instead of the adjustable I was in. This is great, because we were paying the property taxes and insurance out of pocket each year. Now it is all escrow and the payment is much less.
