This review is to make you aware of the exceptional customer service provided to us by Coast 2 Coast Services. Mark made a cold telephone call to me in June or July to advise of the services Coast to Coast provides. Normally, I would thank the caller, excuse myself and hang up. However, Mark had a way of quickly making me aware that he was knowledgeable. He came across as friendly, but did not have an air of just making a sale. Needless to say, Mark convinced us to trust and follow through with the loan modification. He held our hand throughout the process and handled business with My lender.
The loan modification resulted in lowering the interest rate and our mortgage payment by $1,500.00 per month. This is great, because we were paying the property taxes and insurance out of pocket each year. Now it is all escrowed and the payment is much less. We are very pleased with the results of the loan modification and thank Mark for making our life simpler and finances brighter.
