Bad Roof Installation

Poor workmanship on the installation of the roof. The architectural shingles have been just sliding off every summer since first summer. Took months to get the two story building re-roofed. The new roof leaked down the inside of the wall for months before it became noticed. Then the next summer and every summer since the same trouble with the shingles. 2,3,6 at a time.
I have the roof shingles repaired each summer. At up to half a dozen at a time at my own expense. Walk outside and there it is, another shingle hanging on by one nail. Sometimes they are laying on the ground and I have to look up to find the vacancy.
If you buy these buildings DO NOT get the architectural shingles. The builders are a gamble on knowing the proper way to install them.
