Mr. McCormick. Your words are meaningless and (still) without merit as you mock us with an appeal for your family and comfortable existence. We are the same people who, in good faith, have paid you for services that remain undelivered and yet you wish to silence us for the cause of those clients you say you’re actually working for? The bigger picture is the loss of potential and future clients for you and it is those poor souls we cry out!
Your Bible reference to John 8:7 was spoken by Jesus Christ as THE Lord and Savior who knows the hearts of men. It was not written as a defense for poor behavior. The God that we serve calls us to forgive you and you to return sevenfold what you have taken.
What you are doing is wrong and hopefully criminal. If we are denied our day in court with you, so be it…then our cases will be heard and tried in the court of public opinion.
Repent Mr. McCormick and make rightful restitution. The shroud of deceit that you are operating under is about to see the light…
Now to our fellow prisoners of this nightmare – we are grieved to hear so many people going through the same hell that we are. We are ashamed to admit that we are in this mess because we took our eyes off of God in the first place, but we are confident He will see us through.
JOIN WITH US to stop this from happening to even one more person. As soon as we can save the money (and borrow a credit card) we intend to put up a websight. Pray for that. For now, bless the BBB for providing a forum for victims to speak out.
In the meantime, let your voices be heard too.
Senator Gilbert Cedillo and Speaker of Assembly John Perez hold the district seats in Los Angeles where Freedom Law Center is currently doing business. Speaker Perez’s focus is to help homeowners, prevent foreclosures and secure federal funding…how ironic that a large cause of this is coming from his own backyard…Call them, write them, go visit at the district office.
Senator Dennis Hollingsworth and Assembly Member Joel Anderson hold the district seats for the La Mesa office that Shawn Murphy was supposedly working out of. By the way, the Clerk for the City of La Mesa was surprised to hear CLA was doing business in the area as they have no record of issuing a business license. Senator Hollingsworth sits on the Labor and Industrial Relations Committee as well as the Transportation and Housing Committee. Assembly Member Anderson’s work in office has earned him “Legislator of the Year Awards” from the CA State Sheriffs Assoc. and the San Diego Deputy District Attorney’s Office.
Senator Fran Pavley and Assembly Member Bob Blumenfield hold the district seats for the Woodland Hills address. Senator Pavley is a huge advocate for consumer protection. Assembly Member Blumenfield sits on the Arts, Entertainment, Sports, Tourism and Internet Media Committee.
The State Bar Association is very concerned in the ethical behavior of the attorney’s they license. The FBI takes interest in the use of the internet for fraudulent purposes and particularly when the activities cross state lines. The FCC has interest in the use of cell phones for fraudulent activity. The Secretary of State’s office maintains proper business filings for businesses operating in CA. The California Attorney General’s office is interest in fraudulent, unfair and illegal activities that victimize consumers and the U.S. Attorney’s Office takes interest when these activities cross state lines.
Join us and speak up!
Let all that is said, be said in truth and let the sifting begin….
