This is both a review and a complaint. This company advanced money from us, took our information and made promises that they will help us get a loan modification. They promised to pay back 70% of what we have paid if the loan modification is not successful. In the beginning, we were still able to talk to our contact person, but after a while, no one was responding anymore. The company not only did not work on it but also did not respond to numerous calls that we placed through their call service. The bank advised us that our information was never updated after we engaged this company's service which means that they literally did not do anything. Until now, they have not responded but sent us an email trying to get more money. All we want right now is for us to get reimbursed for what we paid and for the management of this company to face up to their reponsibilities and go to jail afterwards.
