THEY ARE DISHONEST

I wish I would have seen the reviews before I signed up with them, they are very deceitful. I asked up front about all fees and was assured I had been told everything. They lied, I did not find out until after they had gathered all my information that a 3rd party would be handling my account and I had to pay a large fee to the company as well. They also charge you for debiting your account, fees they intentionally held back. They know they have you over a barrel, especially since you have given these people all your crucial information. They are preying on people who need help and I think they used the name to make you feel at ease; they are nothing but devils in disguise, I encourage everyone to write their states attorney, television news stations and share your stories. The only way to stop this, is to get the word out and get help.. I do not understand how they have a good rating at BBB.
