Like others we too were taken for $2,000.00. Then told we did not qualify.
To call our bank to get the funds returned to our credit card. Our bank said that this is not the way it works. We called them they had us complete a request for refund form and fax it back to them.. Our calls to any number we have do not go through. We need our funds too, so we can at least pay part of our property taxes. They were so helpful and sympathic with our initial requests. Now what a horrible thing they have done to so many..
We too would like to be part of any legal action. By the way our mortgage company states they have not record that they were ever contacted by Christian and Assoc. to discuss a re-mod or anything else. Barb in Oregon...
