This company made all the promises in the world to me before I signed up telling me how they are so different than any other home warranty company out there. Then when it came down to paying out claims they did everything in their power to make sure I didn't get the authorization to get my appliance fixed. They even went as far as sending out a second technician, after the first one already told them it need a part for repair, then the second one they sent, some no name company in my city, said that the appliance was broken due to my fault.
When I complained, they told me to cancel and get my money back, then they only gave me 1/4 of my money back.
