Alot of people can complain and say you guys dont do what you claim, but i know the truth because i experience it. I had the worst mortgage terms since subprime mortgages and somehow you convinced me to go with you and im glad i did.
Many people put the blame on others when they cant find the strength to do something themselves. I notice some clients complaining and i just want to say to those people, that sometimes it takes more than screaming at someone to get things done. if you werent able to convince the mortgage company yourself and you hire someone else to help you, it is not their fault your in the situation you are in. I wanted to blame the lender, the broker, the modification companies trying to help me, my atty, my wife, almost blamed my preacher. lol
I realized that its my loan , my problem, and once i realized that i was alot easier to get along with, and so was everyone trying to help me.
Im grateful to Certified Processing, to Obama, to Chase and to everyone else who isnt mentioned but had a hand in modifying my mortgage. My house is affordable again and the stress in my family and between my wife and I has reduced drastically. Ofcourse we still got the kids problems and the boss isnt always nice, but my bills are paid and that makes me feel proud.
For those who need help, consider this company and others like it, who can help, they are affordable, and they know what they are doing. Remember, its not their responsibility just because you pay them a few to help or provide a service. Its still your problem, but you wont be alone anymore
