I have had no issues with past property managers of the same apartment until this company. We have had 3 slab leaks in our living room of our condo within the past 2 years that we have lived on this site. NOT ONCE since having this new management company have we been offered ANY TYPE of rent credit due to our inconvenience. instead, calling into the company, we deal with a receptionist Rose, She is very rude, demeaning, and unprofessional. She speaks to you as if YOU are the problem. I ask to speak to mike and she puts me on hold instead of getting the person of contact. My furniture has been affected from the slab leaks, my children have had to sleep in a home with open holes, wet concrete and all our dining room furniture shoved into our living room until the jobs are done. THEN, i am to move all my furniture back, i clean up after their plumbers as dust and dirt are left everywhere. Photos have been documented of each attempt at fixing this issue, yet not once have we been offered anything to help ease the stress of going through this NON STOP. If i were to speak to someone the way she does, i would fire myself. we will from here on out ONLY deal with Mike, who seems to be professional enough to deal with the on going issues of this property. We hope the owner will take the advise of all 4 units here and redirect his business elsewhere once his contract is up with this company. I will be notifying the state and city about our issues here, and hope to see some sort of credit for all our inconvenience while the slab leaks, stagnet sitting water outside out property, and wet, flooded garages with ruined personal belongings still continue to be an issue in this apaetment! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT HAVE TO! If you do ASK TO SPEAK TO MIKE ONLY
